I am a Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU Langone. I provide psychotherapy, counseling, and coaching for individuals, couples and families, who are in the midst of life transitions, or a major life change or challenge, and need support navigating.

                            I personalize my therapeutic work to best suit your individual needs by drawing from insight oriented-interpersonal approach; attachment base therapy; cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); solution-focused therapy (SFT); and resilience and mindfulness principles that foster self-awareness, and competence, and empower you to find the path to healing and growth.

                            As part of my Faculty position at NYU Langone, I held a Clinical Director position where I provided consultation and trainings on trauma, secondary traumatic stress, resilience, and trauma-focused positive parenting skills to both individuals and organizations. I also trained and supervised postdoctoral fellows and clinicians and provided treatment to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
