Do you accept insurance?

No, I am not a provider for any insurance company. Payment for services is due at the time of service. If you have out of network mental health benefits you will likely receive reimbursement toward the cost of your therapy. A call to your insurance carrier will clarify the amount of your reimbursement, the necessary information needed for claims, and if the services will be reimbursed if provided by a Clinical Psychologist. I will provide a receipt for services rendered at your request.

How long is each session?

Each session is 45 minutes in length and sessions are by appointment only.

Is there a free initial consultation?

No, the initial session is the same rate as any regular session. We will spend about 15 minutes on our initial phone call as a ‘pre-screening’ to ensure we are a good fit for one another.

What are the fees?

My fee is $200 per session. I do reserve a few slots for sliding scale. If you are in need, please ask if those slots are available.

What forms of payment are accepted?

All payments are accepted as either cash or check made out to Dr. Roni Avinadav.  Payment is collected at the end of each session.
